INVESTITURE CEREMONY 2026 - 2027 REPORT

The Investiture Ceremony for the academic year 2026-2027 was held at St. Francis de Sales PU College on July 13, 2026 to formally induct the newly elected Student Council and office bearers into their respective roles.

The ceremony commenced with a prayer followed by the kindling of the lamp. The dignitaries, including the Principal, Coordinators, Heads of Departments, faculty members, and students, were warmly welcomed.

The principal presented badges to the newly elected Student Council members, Class Representatives, Cultural Representatives, Sports Representatives, and Department Association Secretaries. The Student Council office bearers included the Chairperson, Vice Chairperson, Cultural Secretary, Joint Cultural Secretary, Sports Secretary, and Joint Sports Secretary. The newly elected leaders took the oath of office, pledging to perform their duties with sincerity, integrity, discipline, and dedication while upholding the values of the institution.

The Principal addressed the gathering, congratulated the elected representatives, and encouraged them to lead by example, serve with humility, and work for the welfare of the student community.

The ceremony concluded with a vote of thanks and national anthem, marking the beginning of a new chapter of student leadership and responsibility for the academic year 2026-2027.
