About the Event:The spirit of freedom and unity filled the air as SFS PU College celebrated the
79 th Independence Day. The program began with the NCC cadets escorting our
respected Principal, Fr. Staney Rodrigues, to the venue. A special highlight of
the day was the active participation of our NCC cadets, whose disciplined guard
of honour and synchronized drills reflected true patriotism and inspired the
gathering. This was followed by a graceful prayer song, a warm welcome
speech, and an inspiring address on the significance of Independence Day by
Mr. Anthony. The highlight of the celebration was the flag hoisting and speech
by the Principal, after which everyone rose to sing the National Anthem. The
program concluded with a vote of thanks by Mrs. Aishwarya. The celebration
left everyone with renewed pride and commitment towards our nation.
